How to update OnePlus One before OTA?

My first post on this blog gonna be short, because I have made a short video about the topic. Today I will show you how to update your phone, even before OTA is available. For example the newest one, CM 11S 44S which was released three days ago. You just need to download this file on your phone, and then do as shown on video below.  If you don't trust me, you can find this same file for example at Android Police site.
